I've changed my wife's first retirement record at least four times. The box #1 keeps changing to a large number that doesn't match the paid amount. It doesn't affect the taxes as the taxable amount in box #2 is correct & used for taxable amount. Other than that the software works fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wanted to E file my federal and state returns together but the program wouldn’t let me file the state return because I didn’t check a “no dependent” box in the federal program. I couldn’t find the box it was referring to but the state return indicated that there were no dependents. It would have been much easier if I could have E filed both returns.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

There were flags at the finish. I looked unto each one, but there’s no way to cancel the alert after the review.
The IRS calculated that I had a penalty that Block didn’t.
I purposely didn’t allow the software to link to Quicken. Last year I did that and all revenue doubled requiring me to go line by line eliminating duplicate entries.

So overall, I’d say this is beta software, not quite ready for primetime.
