The product is good, however I had difficulty getting assistance with a problem which was that I could not run an update.
The problem was that I had 2 copies of the program due to a problem loading the original one. I finally after much frustration trying to get someone to talk to, deleted the original and the update ran OK.

Awesome package - easy to use with good progress monitoring and feedback. I've been using H&R software since it came out and have never had a problem with it. I'll use this software over my accountant as this software will use all legal depreciations and not worry about "it might raise a flag" items.
