It works well, however, as with any financial program you must be very careful to be very accurate and to have a complete set of forms from your job and your interest and dividends. In addition keep a record of your deductions.I found the best was was to begin a file labeled 2019 in January. I pay some property taxes early in the year so it ready for receipts. Deposit your receipts when you get them.

I was a 30 year tax preparer for HRB. 2019 is the worst I’ve experienced. Missing inputs and terrible diagnostics. A person using this software would have to be tax knowledgeable.

I switched to H & R three years ago after the software I had used for years tripled its price.

It was intuitive. I gave it 4 stars as I had to wait for lot of forms to be updated. However, the overall process was smooth and that is the reason I have been using H&R for a long time. I could go over many scenarios, which helped me take the best option.

Used HRB and whatever it’s previous name for about 17 years for both business and personal tax returns. No business now but still using for personal. It’s familiar, organized and straight forward. Yes, I’d recommend.

I've been a Turbo Tax user till this year. Decided to save a few bucks and give H&R Block a try. Biggest mistake I ever made. Calling this software terrible is an under statement. Turbo Tax I'm coming back to ya!!
