The program was excellent. Only problem I was unable to enable the file by mail directly from the computer with the program and had to use regular postal service.

Good as normal but refunds on software aren’t easy

Good as usual except I bought Delaware state return and it told me almost immediately that I could not use the package and have to file manually as I was a part time resident. Now I have to call to get a refund. You are wasting my time.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

OK job. Not good not bad. Worst thing was they charged my credit card twice to file state. We will see how they do when I get audited.

We've used this software for many years but this is the last. There are forms missing for WV so we have to print and mail our return. This is the second year we've had to do so. Will purchase a different software brand next year.
