Very easy to use. Imports last year's return which saves lots of steps. Have been using this for many many years. Tried competitors product on free-trial once and found it relatively cumbersome.

Have used H&R Block software over the past 7 yrs and have been especially pleased with the convenience and professionalism but more importantly the simplicity of the program. Love the help throughout and all the checks and double checks that are built in. Would recommend program to anyone doing own taxes.

Used this product for years. Overall good Product but whats up with the processing fee when paying your taxes via credit card. It's outrageous. Who gets that fee? It wasn't clear that there was this fee until almost to the very end.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
