At first there was a problem getting the software to download, but Kent from your technical group walked me through turning off several of the internet protection applications on my PC and everything went smoothly.

This product could use more clarification regarding what does and does not qualify in certain areas. The user should not have to open "fact" tabs. Product updates should not be required during the submission of the tax return. This caused the software to charge my credit card twice for the state filing fee; which I have disputed via my credit card.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is one of the lowest cost home tax software preparers. But with the age of AI, it should be able to download copies of a scanned or jpeg of the documents and place the documents into the appropriate.
It needs to handle U.S obligations dividend differently. I downloaded my financial institution data, but only to have to basically to re-enter all of the information to break-out the U.S. obligations from all of the different mutual funds.
Finally, the existing AI help, could not answer where to place a data. It said if only answer general questions about taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

I’ve worked you tax software for the last 10+ years and your software has not improved one bit. The way you handle HSA accounts is very confusing. You have not added AI into any of this to help someone fill out and plan for future years. Just not much to help someone be as tax efficient as possible.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
