I've been using it for many years and I'm very satisfied!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Our families needs keep changing while HRBlock Deluxe (including using +State and Premium in the past) just keeps getting better and better - from "straightforward" preparation to multi-state + W-2 + 1099 + students grants and loans, HRBlock's software suite has been able to handle every one of our familys tax needs, every year, on time!
