Federal tax was correct, but I ended up doing the Wisconsin forms by hand. I had no Wisconsin tax due, but then the software never checked for the 2024 amount that I applied to my 2025 taxes. Then of course it never asked it I wanted a refund or wanted it applied to 2026 taxes.
It is VERY DIFFICULT to find a phone number, but finally I was told the wait was 45 minutes. I waited an hour and 20 minutes before I gave up because by then it was after 10:00 pm.

I've been using the program for a really long time, but it felt harder this year for some reason. Maybe it was the end of the process where the verification found some errors which were hard to correct. They didn't seem like errors. This year I had to navigate back and forth a few times as I didn't have all my 1099s when I started. There was something odd about not getting to all the right screens for those inputs.

Cons: Time consuming
