Mostly intuitive, but some areas required a bit of research such as the foreign tax box on 1099-DIV when you have multiple countries.

It Is mostly user friendly, but uses so much paper. I want the work sheets but some are blank . Also,it does not let me fill in the amount for the estimate forms. Not everyone needs that extensive work sheet.
