Overall, I had a good experience with your tax software and found it easy to use. I especially liked the ability to download statements and have everything auto-fill—that was a big time-saver.
I did run into a bit of difficulty when trying to edit a field related to being over 65 and not collecting Social Security. It took some extra time to figure out how to correct and save it, and the process felt a bit cumbersome.
That said, it’s a solid product overall, and I’ll likely use it again. Thank you.

I used it to file taxes. Good except there was a bug in the software. I had two valid 1099R forms from the same payer ( different account numbers) but the interview software would overwrite the first one when I entered the second one. Got around it by editing the form.

Had problems inputting my 1099R's. My pension 1099r transferred the info incorrectly onto the federal 1040 and my IRA 1099r was not transferred at all! One copy would not download to my daughter's computer. After a lengthy phone call, I gave up and bought another copy.

Trying to file an amended return and am having lots and lots of problems getting the right info in. Calls for help are not returned or list as soon as I get an actual person. Calls take long waiting times to actually be answered. I realize it is a busy time but my time is worth something too!
