it can be very confusing and not much support plus the fact that i bought state with and had to pay to file state not represented that you would have additional fees on top of paying for the software i won’t be purchasing it again
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I use it every year, but I'm not really happy with it. You keep increasing the price and removing features. Why do I have to pay to save something that I used to get for free? And why don't you have an option for the deduction of an average bag of clothes? I'm sick of having to list everything that I put in a bag for a donation.

I've been using HR Block for 25 years. It's OK and does the job but then I do not have complicated taxes. I can now use free online federal IRS web sites but still used Block. The refund was the same when testing. I use NJ free file online and compare it with Block.
This line about SS or railroad retirement has been in the program for years and should be fixed:
"Would you be receiving or ever be able to receive this type of benefit had you ever participated in either program?"
There is something wrong with that sentence.
