Inputting your information is fairly straightforward and prompts are generally informative. Certainly good for an uncomplicated return, however there are more cost efficient solutions available.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

You have the glitch there.. some numbers appears entered from previous form. For example i entered 1st w2, saved. Entered 2nd w2 saved. When i got back to the w2 list: wages for 1st W2 form changed to the amount from 2nd W2 form. And this happened for other forms too! You have to be very careful to do it right…

My primary reason for using H&R Block software this year is that it works with Windows 10. TurboTax doesn't. I don't like the Block package quite as well as TT, but it works and it's cheaper. I was able to import some info from previous TT file, which saved a bit of time. My primary complaints about H&R Block program is that the fonts are too small to read easily, and it is a bit difficult to figure out how to navigate through the program i.e. to return to previous sections or jump ahead. I managed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
