Have used HRB software for about 15 years, so that speaks for satisfaction. Even worked for Block in New York for a few years. There are times, however, when I could find the process more user-friendly, but thanks for asking.

I want the Ohio to be able to be filed for free. I was very frustrated when we get to that point and have to pay to file the Ohio. Way too much money after having purchased the software.
