I'm considering not buying your software anymore. Every year there are issues with Arizona state Form 348. For 2025 Arizona state software a case # 27375711 (previous # 27276775) is opened and it will not be looked at for 7 to 10 business days. This is unacceptable since it was first reported on 2/28/2026 and case # 27276775 opened on 3/4/2026. case # 27375711 needs to be resolved ASAP with update the Arizona state software.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I am a retired CPA with a MS degree in taxation. I have been using this software for many years and I am very happy with the program. I usually bypass the interview and go right to filling in the forms. However, some of the calculations that should be routine, especially when rolling over returns from prior years, still require going through portions of the interview to activate calculations. (I.e., limitations on home mortgage interest deduction.) I would suggest that these instances be highlighted and/or allow the calculations to be made while only using the forms. It is very easy for a return to be passing the accuracy review while omitting important calculations.
Pros: Fast

I have used H&R Deluxe software to file my taxes for many, many, years. Proof that it serves my purpose. I only reduced my review by one star because it's a little frustrating in this day of AI that the form doesn't begin with a question like "Has anything significant changed since last year's return?" and then significantly reduce the number of questions (i.e. Provide a shot form version).
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!
