In past years I've rated H&R Block Deluxe a 5 star. This year, I encountered a software bug/issue with improper handling of 1095-A Health Insurance Marketplace credit determination that prevented electronic filing submission. The problem was not resolved until an update was issued early March.

Why have review issues that are to just verify gross amount and then not be able to verify. Could not get out of an endless loop.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
