Poor support. Found my questions answered by Turbo Tax. Can't phone support for this product. Software is buggy on reviews, highlights things for no apparent reason. Then you retype over the red highlight and it clears.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used this software for the last 3 years and it's been great. I especially like how it is able to automatically download previous year's data and all information from my brokerage into the appropriate forms. This latter area was always the most complicated and most prone to potential error. So far the IRS has not found any problems!
