When you hit the download icon, it doesnt communicate it’s downloading, so you hit it again, no communication again, next thing you know your past your 5 downloads, then computer try’s to work on all of them, then nothing is working, and you have to spend the day trying to a real h&r person to solve the problems, which is almost impossible!!!
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have used the product for many years; it would be great to upgrade the product to allow filers like myself that have to file taxes in more than one state; I've always bought the Federal + State but then have to go out and manually do the additional State I'm obligated to do each year
Also, the product is getting expensive comparable to other software that has now entered the market and price sensitivity may become an issue next year as I've never felt the need to change but money is money.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
