I have used this program for over 10 years and found it to be adequate for most circumstances. Each time I find anything out of the ordinary however, the help features of the program aren’t much help and the new AI “Help” isn’t any better. As an example, I have spent a great deal of time figuring out where to enter unusual types of income, or entered numbers under some category only to find another possibility further along in the interview that may (or may not) be a better fit and then have to backtrack and reanalyze proper placement. The help function needs help.
Cons: Time consuming
