Good Software for those who have done taxes before, but for first-time users it does require using the "Learn more" links to get everything in the right place. Also, for those of us with donatins to a long list of Charitable organizations, the two available pages for "Money Donations" does not provide enough space.

I have used the H&R Block program for many years and keep coming back to it. This program is very user friendly and easy to follow. It is very good at giving you ways to see if you need to complete certain sections or not. The cost is also a big plus.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

As I was entering my income I ran into some issues. Apparently, I could enter to income items before it would kick me out and would not let me re-open my return. I had to wait till the March 23rd update to continue to complete my return. This was very frustrating as I already usually have to wait till after March 15th because I get K-1's. I have used for years and This is the first time I have had this happen. Please make sure this is fixed for next year or I may have to switch products to complete my return. This is the best product in my opinion and would like to continue to use this software. Time for me is very important and I usually can not wait to complete.
