Most of the return went really well.
I was confused by the instructions on the RMD (required minimum deduction) for my 403B retirement account.
This year my withdrawal covered the RMD so I ignored it.
Next year I will probably have a rollover to my Roth account & I will need to figure out how to enter it on the form.

Good solid interview style tax filing process. The federal module seemed complete and easy to use.
However, it's Virginia module for state taxes leaves out at least one common form. That is the Form 760C which determines whether you owe a penalty for not paying/withholding enough taxes during the year. That form would seem simple to add.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have used H&R Block products for about 20 years. I think the interview method is very easy and effective in eliciting information from the user.
The only issue I have experienced for multiple years is the State prep software in the discussion of the Medical deduction allowed. This needs a better explanation and causes a lot of ambiguity. I know there are 50 versions plus probably territory and DC but this needs to be amplified and can be used or modified over time.
