Good Software, But Update Issues

I have using their software for years. This tax season's software has a update bug that is a little aggravating. Everytime there is an update and I open my return to continue, it either doesn't recognize the saved return and I had to start over (not good), or when I went in to check the status of my return, it said I didn't e-file, which I did. I am glad I at least got an email saying that my return was accepted and I had already printed a copy for my files. This is the first time I have ever had any issues with their software. Hopefully this won't be happening next tax season, otherwise I may have to go to TurboTax.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Good overall software package. I needed to complete an 8606 form which did not have the interview process or instructions/explanation available. Also, You should allow one free state level efiling and the ability to access / complete state level forms. In my case it was the SC2210 which required me to mail in my return. Also, the package did not update with the latest payment dates for both federal and state due to the coronavirus situation. I expected more realtime updates.
Cons: Time consuming
