Didn't give me a local tax credit

I am an Indiana resident. I did some work in Cincinnati. The employer withheld income tax for my Indiana county and local tax for Cincinnati. I am supposed to get a tax credit for
the local tax I paid to Cincinnati but the software would not give it to me. It would be too much trouble to try to alleviate this problem for the $45 or less I would get from it.
But I am angry that H and R Block tax software let me down.

Have been using the H&R Tax software for several years now to do my own taxes and have always had great results. Easy to use, very thorough questions, and very good guidance and explanations, and personal resources available if needed. Improvements have been made to the software yearly and I trust the program togive me correct information when needed.
