Been using h&r block the past few years and love it! Easy to use, convenient, but above all, trust it and the results! Helps me navigate the paperwork and forms that I don't completely understand. Highly recommend it!

No I would not! They had no problem taking my money to buy the software for the state return, but failed to inform that not all of the forms were available on-line. It didn’t even ask the necessary questions.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

This was a horrible program this year and last year it would not let me electronical I file my Mississippi Texas it would not take payment for my federal taxes I have to make a separate payment this is causing me a lot of problem right now I thought I learn my lesson last year had the same problems I will never recommend this to anybody
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
