Calculating Mn Property tax refund incorrectly

If I enter the Co-occupant income in the 2019 software it increases my property tax refund. In the 2018 tax software entering the Co-occupant income
reduced my refund. One program must be wrong. The program that is wrong is the 2019 tax software. I downloaded the forms from the State of MN for the property tax refund and did the calculations manually. Your 2019 tax software is calculating the property tax refund incorrectly.
