H&R Block Deluxe Software is user friendly. Improvement in the 2019 version made the filing process more straightforward. I have already recommended the software to a few friends of mine.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy navigation. Easy to follow interview guides. Help notes in margins helpful to understand in layman language (not tax code jargon).
Pros: Easy to prepare
