I have used H&R Block tax software for many years, and keep coming back. It has served me well. However, in my opinion, the one thing that needs "fixing" is the credit segment of the AZ state program. It only handles a portion of the available tax credits, which is ok, but when credits are used which are also deductions (e.g., certain charitable organizations), it becomes necessary to iterate, recomputing the state tax multiple times, to arrive at the correct deduction reduction amount.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Overall good product, but clunky with difficult sections, specifically 1099-B and the ability to correct easily correctable errors that the program should do without user input..
Cons: Time consuming
