I've been a satisfied customer for a long time, and continue to use it. My only complaint is about the printing process. I always print out a version and then go over the numbers; I always miss something. The problem is that when I make a mistake on one page, it might change the return in several places. And sometimes I have to print out six unnecessary pages to get a correct version of page 7. That really uses up the ink. Otherwise, I'm quite happy.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

I have used this software for almost 10 years with zero problems. My only issue is I should not have to pay for my state electronic filing. I believe that is just a money grab. In the future I will be filing my state returns by mailing them.

Program would not update automatically. I had to manually download each time. It took several times and I had to delete and reinstall the entire program. Never had this issue before this year; quality has gone down.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good enough. Program would sometimes would erase already entered information which was irritating. Also couldn't e-file state due to >$500 in non-cash charitable contributions. Lots of non-cash charitable contributions due to long overdue clean out of my attic, garage and storage unit. Donated a bunch to charity. But overall I've been using this same program for over 10 years and it works. However, might search next year for something better and more up to date and quicker. Was slow at times and I have a good computer (Mac) with lots of speed.
