I've been using this software for many years. Unfortunately in the last four years the ability to automatically download updates has stopped working. You have to manually go to the website to download and install them each time. Additionally the license keys for Fed + State never work correctly and require tracking down a human to send a new install file to fix the issue. Four years, same two issues, never a real explanation from support on why.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

Have used this for several years and love the simplicity of it. Written in easy to understand terms. Only problem we have is the estimated tax calculations never work out for us. Usually way overestimate how much we should contribute quarterly. We have to guesstimate ourselves.
