I have purchased HR Block software every year for over 15 years and have had no issues until this year. This software was full of bugs. I am running MacOS and the weekly software updates would not run. I had to reinstall the software every week to get the new updates.
Worst of all I paid for the deluxe plus state and due to the software issues I ended up have to repay for the state program!!! I hope you do better next year. This year was terrible!

Prompt updates help build confidence in the accruacy of the software in a year when new tax legislation is relevant. Switched from Turbo Tax. Better platform but could use some adjustments. Took too long to find several areas to input important information about IRA distributions and QCD. Would like a CD for future references.
