The software worked really well and it was pretty easy to navigate. I usually enter my 1099s and other items when they come in (I don't wait for them all to come in then enter them at once.) So it's important that I can enter things at any time and hop around. This program was easy to use in that respect. I used TURBO TAX for years but decided to try H&R this year. All in all I think this was easier and a little better.
I especially like that you canm download 1099s from various investment firms. Although I didn't get stuck for alittle while when I got a CORRECTED 1099 and somehow they program duplicated some entries.
I had to review carefully and deleted the dups manually.

I've used it for several years and haven't had any problems. Never been audited. I like the ability to jump around to different forms and make any needed alterations.

Unfortunately, I had a lot of problems with the 1099 Q. When I asked my questions through the AI system, it was no help at all. I felt I had no one to help with my issues.

I really like the program and I trust it more than Intuit's Turbo Tax. I would have given a higher rating except for one big issue. It would be nice if the program made it known that the IRS will not send a paper check and requires bank information for a direct deposit. Having to create an IRS account so the information could be added was completely unnecessary.
