Something in this year's version felt "clunky". One of the things I really liked about HUR Block software was the ease of navigation when you had to look back at a form to confirm the accuracy of your data. This year that navigation felt awkward. I wish I could be more specific, but I don't know exactly what it was that just made things feel different that in many years past. Actual tax calculations, however, did seem to be accurate. I'll give it one more year, but if next year is like this year I will probably take another look at TurboTax.

This is my first time using your product. I tried several times to E-File a New York tax return, and the program didn't allow me to E-file it. I spoke to several people and have not be able to rectify this problem. Disappointed
