SALT limit wasn't explained at all. I had to Google it to understand why it was only showing $10k. Explanation on what to do when you have more than 4 tax withholding (when calculating penalty) was very poor. Referenced a section that didn't show on form.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was my 3rd year to use the software. Love the ease of use & having data migrated from previous return. My rating is based on having too many updates after I purchased in late January. Gave the impression software was issued to early.

Been using product for years so I like the ease of importing data from prior year. However, the accuracy review really needs to be more specific. I spent hours tracking an error preventing me from filing. A simple reference to data the program knew but I missed would have saved the frustration. Not first time the accuracy review has caused me undue stress.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
