Not as Good as Previous Versions

I've used H&R Block software for years. I bought the software that includes both federal and state, only to find out that the state version doesn't include part-year residents. That means that, because I moved to another state, the state software was worthless. One would certainly think you would disclose something that relevant. Millions of people move every year...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great program but has a couple of hiccups.. It worked fine doing my taxes but the program could be make easier.. for example, the page forward and backward key should be put in a convenient on each page to go back or forward rather than having to page down for them. I also found it very hard to print my returns and had to finagle a way to make the print key to show up.. I was on the print page but it was underneath things and I had to do gymnastics to get the print key to display.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
