The tax software is very easy to use. The interview helps to avoid mistakes and provides an accurate tax return. The ability to view the individual forms is very helpful as is pulling in last years tax information and financial information. The only improvement would be to include e-filing for the state tax return

The product did not have the right code on a pull down for box 18 on w2 form. And I was not able to put in the right code may self. It kept going back to the same page at the end to changes it. I did not save a penny on my taxes.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Interview process is fairly straight forward. Would like to see more context help after each item (learn more links), as well as what is happening during the calculations.
The real shortfall is in the software platform. Mine stopped auto-updating so I had to manually update. Then I tried to file and it got all the way to the final Send and it failed because I needed to update. But I already updated. This required trying to find where to call, multiple menus, automated messages, and finally able to talk to someone that had me uninstall and reinstall. This should not happen. I was able to file, but it was frustrating.
