Good program messed up by requiring PDF program

I would give a 5 but the last step to save file as PDF requiring me to install a PDF program that I don't want and don't need made me mad. I will reconsider using your product again next year after 4 years of use.
Pros: Easy to prepare

The federal went smooth so I could e-file it. The state was a lot more complicated telling me I had errors to fix but wouldn't let me fix them. I have used H&R Block software for many years and this is the worst experience I have had so far.

The software was essentially what I needed for completing my tax return. It was intuitive and easy to input the required information, and the software was able to fill in much of the information from the previous year's tax return.

I have used H&R tax program for many years, but this year will probably be last one.
1. Program is slow to record entered information; i.e., I added my wife's W2 then when I finished that section and checked for accuracy it did not show up. Apparently there is a long lag.
2. When entering charitable deductions, the worksheet does not allow you to delete deductions that have been imported from a prior year; there is a low limit as to how many charitable deductions you can enter; also does not automatically alphabetize the deductions.
3. Most serious issue: Accuracy Review is very unhelpful for fixing any issues. After completing and filing my federal taxes, I went on to do state, and the accuracy review kept showing an issue with information entered for W2; it did not specify which W2, mine or spouse's, and would not let me complete the return without correcting the info. I tried to get help online and the AI and chat were useless. There is no phone number in the help center to reach an actual human for help. I did a google search and found a number and was able to reach someone. The agent was of no help whatsover and suggested I take screen shots of the forms and print them out to send in! I said that that is not how this is supposed to work, and ended the call. Later I called again and reached a different agent who was much more helpful and we were able to get to finalize the return after trying many different fixes. Altogether, took way too long.

Only issue I have is it never allows me to file my Delaware returns electronically because of capital gains with my cash account. I have to always mail them
