I’ve been using this software for over 10 years and this is the first year that I have been totally disappointed due to your not supporting the importing of data from my financial institution (Merrill Lynch).
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We switched from Turbo Tax because their software would not take Windows 10. Also did not want our info on the Cloud. Needed a software that would keep our personal info on our own devices.
