H&R Block software did not allow me to e-file my Kansas return. I had to print and mail which delayed my refund and made the experience more difficult.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your product has gone down over the years. If there is a data or critical issue the software should take you to the exact place to fix it. After hours with help services I never figured out the issue. I was more frustrated doing taxes this year than ever.
