We've been using TaxCut for... longer than I can remember. 10 to 20 years? One year, we bought Turbo Tax and gave up on it. It didn't seem nearly as easy to use as Block's, so we put that one in the trash and bought TaxCut again and have been using it ever since. Our taxes aren't that difficult but they're not so easy, either since we both have investments.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

I have used H&R tax software for decades and have never had a problem until this version. My case number was 26626949 and the "issue" took weeks to resolve delaying my refund while I waited helplessly. I am seriously disappointed in the resolution process and have lost trust in your product.
