I've been using HRB for several years. The process is easy to follow, and I trust getting correct guidelines. The only downside is, sometimes, trying to find a specific entry to review is difficult to access. It requires to go through each step of the process to get to the entry rather than going to it direct.

The software loaded onto my computer with no problems and opened immediately. I like the way it is designed to go from income sources all the way through to deductions and constantly analyzing whether anything is missed. I also like the electronic filing feature.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Normally, I smoothly finish my taxes every year. This year was different. Revisions to the software we're required to allow my program to function properly. I had difficulties with two different returns causing me to engage with their technical services. This caused delays in processing my return. I am now opening my mind to making a change next year.
