I have used the H&R Block program for a number of years now. The only complaint is they don't include any State e-filings only Federal. They make you pay for each state e-filing you do. They should include at least one.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

Since the Deluxe Software includes one State Version, it should also include the fees for a State e-file in the purchase price. Having to pay extra at time of filing is not only inconvenient but it also adds risk having to submit a credit card for a second time. Maybe give the option to pay for it right away when the software is paid for.

Minor issues finding items flagged for correction at end of prep. Not the easiest thing to find the fields that need attention on the form. Perhaps highlight the entire section in red instead of just the field that needs correction in yellow.
