Have used for several years. Straight-forward data entry in most cases. Almost seems to simple at times. Does not bury me in excess forms or papers, but I recognize that I didn't have a lot items this year.

The multi- state income tax return did not work well for me. I was trying to file a Missouri state income tax and an Illinois state tax and the program kept having issues reconciling the two incomes from the different states. When I read what my issue may be, the program says if it’s correct but can’t be fixed then you have to print and mail the return. I had to print and mail both state returns.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Program works well, however, I had to wait two weeks longer than I wanted due to form 4562 not being final. Further, upon filing, my 2025 Gross Income from item 11 did not appear. I had to go to my 2025 tax return to obtain this information.

Cons: Time consuming

I've used the software for years generally with minor aggravation, But, last year the software miscalulated a credit that resulted in interest and penalties and lots of quality time talking to the MA DRS.
