They charge for state return twice. I think that if you buy it...all costs moving forward should be eliminated. Will to competitor program next year.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Things went along okay, until the end. I had trouble sending my return to the IRS. I had trouble last year also, at the same point. It made me enter my credit card info twice, and then tried to charge my account 2x.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not a good year. '18 data did not load correctly and when I called Block the advisor got the data correct for the one item, unfortuantly all other data for '18 was lost. Lots to reenter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

1. Provide some way to use Standard Deduction from the beginning instead of going through the Itemized deduction conversation.
2. Provide summary statistics of my tax situation and comparison with the U.S. population.

Very simple to use - the state program has much improved. It walks through the forms with relevant questions with links to allow for more in depth explanations, if needed. Great product.
