Have use H&R Block software for 10 years now. No sneaky hidden cost tactics, very upfront with what is included in price, I’ve found.

I've been using HR Block to do my taxes for the past few years. It's very easy to use. I gave 4 stars because since I'm retired, there were a couple of items that were not explained very well, but I managed through it.
