I have used HNR block for the past several years. Maybe decades and it is so easy to use. And I feel we get our best return available.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

This is the most non-user friendly software I have ever used. After filing I had to pay a tax professional to amend my return, could not navigate through the HR block program
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve been using Turbo Tax for years. But, my home computer is W10. Switched to H&R this year. Was OK until Schedule C Misc. I have Royalties from a recording, and the program made it difficult. Finally, just used “Misc Income”…
