Your update to my correct 2025 return dropped my retirement fund income from taxable column. When I e-filed after the update I did not check for this. The next day ,when I printed return the software error by you became obvious. You then had me file an amended return which direction ios in conflict w a subsequent IRS directive they sent at same time my e-filed return was sent, after updates. NOW instead of receiving my $6k refund your amended return shows me owing $7.9k to pay back IRS for the incorrect refund their processing dept stopped. . IF I had mailed my return I would have received my refund by now. As it is I am in IRS limbo w no refund in sight and an electronic amended return that is incorrect..
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
