I purchased 2 state tax programs because I worked in two separate states last year. I completed the federal and both state tax programs and when it came time to efile my taxes your program only submitted my federal and 1 state and not the other state. Now i cannot send the other state and don't know how and your offices are closed for the the weekend with no software assistance. Not happy!!

Cons: Hard to prepare

I like the software and the experience of getting my taxes done efficiently. There was one bug I found, when printing to a PDF some fields had unexpected random bold characters but when printing directly to the printer it printed correctly.
