The 2019 version removed the ability to upload some transactions, a downgrade. I've used your software for many years. I won't be using it again.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The H&R Block software package works seamlessly together and anticipates your every need. It explains each step in plain wording that everyone can understand. And it tracks your submitted return so you know when it has been accepted. I have used it for seven years with no problems and would recommend it to anyone new or experienced in preparing taxes.
