I filled both federal and state forms. The fed form indicated that the refund was to be applied to 2026 tax; however,got a letter from IRS stating that my refund could not be deposited without bank information. Wonder if additional error will be found due to software not completing data correctly
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I filed my taxes and set up to have the federal tax refund sent to me by check. I found out later that the federal government does not send out checks. You need to take that option off the form.
