Third year I bought this product due to TurboTax being so expensive now. I was unable to import last years (2024) file when starting my 2025 filing. Seems odd. I tried using both my backups with no satisfaction. I hope that for the 2026 tax year, I can import this years file.
Cons: Hard to import documents

I had to spend half a day working with AI confirming that your software would be computable with my old computer. Installation was not easy. I was nervous about whether or not i would be able to print the forms i needed. You don’t explicitly list them. I have used your product in the past and have always gotten a confirmation that the IRS has accepted my return. This did not happen this year when i checked my irs account they did. I checked my junk mail and i found no confirmation from your company this year. Why is that? Why not respond this question?

I completed my return two weeks ago and have only one complaint. Last year the IRS held up my refund because they needed my 1099R. My 1099R for this year noted that it should be filed with my return. I took a gamble and filed electronically. Why can't you update your software to allow uploading forms to be attached to electronically filed returns.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
