Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Bought H&R after using Turbotax tor 10+ years becase they would not work on Windows 10. Actually like it better. I like to see tax forms as I add data. I also like seeing a list of special tax electives, rather than having to answer a long series of questions.
Pros: Easy to prepare
