Changes needed to make it more user friendly:
1. Allow users to print out empty forms that do not automatically print NOT FOR FILING in large print along the right side of the sheet of paper.
2. Do not automatically recommend that users use the standard deductions rather than using individual deductions.
3. Allow users to save more than one copy of a return for the same year so that they can compare and contrast results using different titles for the returns.

I’ve used this product for many years. This year, I was notified several times by HR Block that my return was rejected. IRS website differed. I wrote to HR Block (email) asking what was going on but never received any reply. Within about a week, I had my refund. Obviously, HR Block had a software issue.
However, it was very disappointing to never even get an acknowledgment from HR Block on this matter. I deducted one star for this issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Missing form in electronic filing

i submitted my federal income tax return electronically and, to my surprise, it did not transmit Form 8938. The same happened to me last year. I am very disappointed. I didn't have this problem prior years. I hope i don't have any trouble with the IRS.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
