Verified Purchase:Yes
I bought this product instead of Turbo Tax this year in hope it would be an easy product to use. Federal file worked fine but the State file was rejected, forms in the state file were not proper and had to redo and submit with paper. I payed for the e-file and of course no refund for the cost of that was offered. Had a feeling should have stuck with Turbo Tax and now that's confirmed.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software surprised me. I wondered if it would be easy to use and have all the features I needed. It out gifted the questions I had and accomplished the task at hand. Our 2025 taxes. The only issue I had was splitting the online submission verses the paper submission.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
